PortaWay is not a law firm, immigration agency, government authority, tax advisor, or financial advisor. No regulated professional advice is provided through the website or services.
Any D7-related assistance is limited to general profile assessment, document guidance, checklists, and document review only. PortaWay does not determine legal eligibility, prepare legal submissions, represent clients before authorities, or guarantee visa or residence outcomes.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and for making their own final decisions.
Fees are fixed, non-refundable, and cover the service described only. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the call is booked or missed. Other service fees become non-refundable once work has started, including document review, roadmap delivery, scheduled sessions, or email support, except as required by applicable UAE law.
A service is considered commenced once substantive work begins, including intake review, checklist issuance, document review, a scheduled or completed call, roadmap delivery, or email support initiation.
No guarantees are made regarding NIF timing, third-party response times, availability of appointments, D7 or other visa/residence outcomes, approvals, or results from any government or private institution.
Any referrals to accountants, lawyers, translators, real-estate professionals, banks, or other providers are independent third parties responsible for their own services.
Unauthorized or abusive payment reversals may be contested using booking records, communication logs, service records, delivery evidence, document requests, and session records as permitted under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PortaWay's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Consequential or indirect liability cannot legally be excluded.
These terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE.
